Chris, I am a DevOps engineer, I build and maintain the production and build environments.

Tell us about home.

Portland, raised all over the world.

How’d you end up here?

I was recruited in from another startup in Santa Barbara. I am passionate about healthcare, and about health outcomes and Evidation was a perfect fit for me.

We understand you’re a renaissance man/good samaritan?

I own a winery with my wife. I also teach 14th century Italian pewter casting, 12th-15th century brewing. I also spend about 6-9 weeks per year working in disaster areas as a first responder.

What’s been your best day (so far) at Evidation?

Every day has been pretty awesome, lots of exciting things happening every week. [Ed: OK, maybe try telling us why you like working here?]. Our goals as a company, our direction, and culture are awesome. The support I have received from the company allowing me to volunteer in disaster areas has been amazing, and has allowed me to help people not only through our work as a company, but directly through working with aid non-profits.
