Let’s start with your name and what you do at Evidation, please.

I’m Gilbert and I’m a Software Engineer. I build and maintain iOS apps and also the Backend service when needed.

Where’s home? Where’d you grow up?

Born and raised in Hong Kong.

How’d you end up at Evidation?

I learned about Evidation during one of my school career fairs. I like the flexibility that Evidation gives to employees and its mission, which makes me think Evidation is a good fit for me.

Do you have any fun (ok, weird) hobbies?

Visiting furniture stores and open houses even though I am not buying anything – just to check out cool interior designs and daydream about my dream house.

What’s been your best day (so far) at Evidation?

The launch of the Heartline Study – a study in which we collaborated with Apple and Johnson & Johnson on Atrial Fibrillation. It’s exciting to see a study that can have a huge impact on people going from nothing to completed.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?

Teleport, so I can travel to other places in the world easily and waste no time on commuting.
