Tell us about home.

Born and raised in Massachusetts.

How’d you end up here?

After a long road in advertising first in the startup space and later at @Walmartlabs. At Walmart, our team built the analytics layer and grew a $250M per year advertising platform. We nailed it, and I was ready to work in a new space. During an initial inbound call with Evidation, I had a feeling the company they had been describing sounded like a startup my very close friend and old coworker had founded with a few others. Serendipity pushed my hand, but excitement for the vision did the rest.

Ever been in a fight? With a shark?

When I’m not working, you can find me on the mats Empire Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the Mission district. I’ve been in the sport since 2005 and love every minute. When the surf picks up in the winter, you may find me in the chilled water trying to ride a wave.

What’s been your best day (so far) at Evidation?

The launch of the Heartline study – a study focused atrial fibrillation in adults over 65. It’s a project close to my heart as atrial fibrillation and stroke have affected my family.

Django Reinhart – Limehouse Blues
