The purpose of this study to investigate how sleep is associated with daytime activities, general health, other medical conditions, and daytime alertness and productivity. It was open to anyone 18+ in the US. Data collected consists of : 1) an initial baseline survey 2) periodic (every 3 months) 7-Day SleepHealth Tracker (this is one question every day for a 7-day stretch). 3) data from activity trackers.
