
Alzheimer’s Disease is the leading cause of dementia in older adults and its prevalence is increasing. Diagnosis of Alzheimer’s and other heterogenous neurodegenerative diseases is typically complex, disparate, and often completed late in disease progression. Evidation researchers, alongside researchers at Boston University School of Medicine, conducted a study that examined the use of voice recordings and transcripts as potential diagnostic tools for Alzheimer's Disease.

Get To Know Your Evidation Team:
Prior to Evidation, Melanie was Senior Director, Insights and Analytics in Global Clinical Operations at Roche, and led Analytics at Genentech’s Commercial, Medical, and Government Affairs organization. She has also held several roles in marketing intelligence at an ad-tech start-up and in economics research at RTI International.
Melanie earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from North Carolina State University.
Outside of work, you can find Melanie spending time with her daughters Camille and Mirabel, and enjoying the live music offerings in the Bay Area.
