How do I download my data?
As part of our commitment to trust and transparency we give our community the option to export their Evidation data.
To export your data:
- Go to your Account page on your mobile device or computer
- Select “Settings”
- Select “Export Data”
- Then tap or click “Export”
- We will email you a .json file with your Evidation data. If you need to receive the export in a different format, please contact us at help@evidation.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you want to receive data that was generated through a sponsored research or other program, please contact us at help@evidation.com. We will escalate your request to the Evidation study or program team, or to the sponsor on whose behalf the data was collected.
