Q: I chose my reward with Tremendous. Now what?

The waiting time for digital rewards or a physical Visa can be up to 7 days, if you haven't received anything within that time please contact us at help@evidation.com.

Digital rewards (Paypal payment, virtual gift card, or virtual Visa card):

‍Rewards will be sent to your email from either Tremendous* or Paypal (if you chose a Paypal payment). Be sure to check your spam inbox too. If you don’t receive something within 7 days, please contact us at help@evidation.com.

Bank deposit:

Your payment should arrive in your bank account within 2 business days.

Physical Visa card:

Please check your mailbox in 2-7 business days. If you don’t receive your Visa card after 10 days, please contact us at help@evidation.com.
