How do I download my data?
As part of our commitment to trust and transparency we give our community the option to export their Evidation data.
To export your data:
- Go to your Account page on your mobile device or computer
- Select “Settings”
- Select “Export Data”
- Then tap or click “Export”
- We will email you a .json file with your Evidation data. If you need to receive the export in a different format, please contact us at help@evidation.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you want to receive data that was generated through a sponsored research or other program, please contact us here. We will escalate your request to the Evidation study or program team, or to the sponsor on whose behalf the data was collected.
